Orders are typically processed and sent from our Glasgow, UK warehouse in 1 working day (excluding holidays and weekends).

Domestic Orders (UK)

Delivery times vary based on the destination and service chosen. Depending on the shipment address, ordinary mail delivery can take anywhere from three to ten business days. It typically takes 3-5 business days for free shipment (Evri).

International Orders

The majority of international destinations are served by UPS, FedEx, or USPS shipping services. We take these steps to guarantee the finest delivery experience possible.

International orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days; however, carriers occasionally encounter unforeseen delays, which can result in delivery periods of up to 4 weeks for certain locations. Order processing may take up to one extra day, particularly if you live in a time zone that is different from the warehouse where we ship.

Please be aware that certain non-UK countries may charge extra for importing an order, including VAT and other taxes and/or tariffs. The customer
is in charge of paying all applicable taxes and/or levies. Import duties, taxes, and other fees that are not covered by the product price or shipping costs are not personally borne by TOMMY & CLAIRE. As per your state and national laws, the buyer is responsible for these charges.
